Acting as chief fiscal officer of your organization we will take responsibility for the fiscal management of your organization. Duties we perform include:

1. Overseeing of your organization’s bookkeeping and accounting
   department
2. Review of Cost Allocation Plans
3. Review of and/or preparation of Budgets
4. Review of monthly financial packages
5. Presentation of the financial packages to the Board of Directors
6. Development of Policy and Procedure Manuals/Internal Control Manuals
7. Operational Reviews – Cost Containment
8. Preparation of all required reports for external auditors at
   year end
