Organizations sometimes may determine that the cost of maintaining good and reliable in-house accounting staff and/or accounting records is not cost effective. The solution to this problem is to out-source the accounting and bookkeeping functions. The bookkeeping services may be provided weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, monthly, quarterly or any schedule as required by your organization.

  2. Selection of invoices for payment
  3. Printing of checks
  4. Input of grant reimbursements into accounts receivable system
  5. Input of contributions/fundraising/donations/Pledges
  6. Input of cash receipts
  7. Preparation of bank reconciliation’s
  8. Preparation of monthly & quarterly cost reimbursement packages.
  9. Input of payroll transactions into Accounting system.
  10. Generation of monthly financial package including
    a. Statement of Financial Position
    b. Statement of Activities
    c. Statement of Functional Expense
    d. Check Register/Cash Receipts Register
    e. Bank Reconciliation
